A 1994 Ram 1500 has a Dana44 front axle. A 2500/3500 has a Dana60 front axle.
There are speed sensors on the transmission, on the rear axle, and at the front wheel hubs.
Assuming you mean the front axle 4WD actuator, it is on the passenger side of the front axle housing.
The 1500 4X4 went to the independent front axle in 2002. The 2500 and 3500 4X4's still have a solid front axle.
The front axle uses 80W90.
The 2000 Ram had u joints, not cv joints at the front axle.
