There's no fuel pump fuse only a fuel pump relay. Chances are if the fuel pump doesn't activate it is an internal problem. The only chance you have in getting one more start is to take a medium size 2x4 and hit it sharply and evenly across the width of the fuel pump. The fuel pump relay is located under the hood. There's a ECB 2 fuse in the fuse box 15 amp fuse that runs the pump.

Does it have fuel in it, for SURE ? Check fuel pressure with fuel gauge. Very important to check with a GAUGE.
