I believe 12.5 Gallons, that's what my 2000 Plymouth Neon LX has, which is basically the same and I certain they would have the same size fuel tanks.

According to automotive supply warehouses, the 2000 Dodge Neon does not have a separate fuel filter. The fuel pressure sensor or fuel filter is built right into the fuel pump assembly. If there is a problem with the vehicle not getting fuel, the fuel pump will have to be replaced. This part ranges between $90 and $120 depending on engine size.
