I believe the size is 14mm (thread size) and you use a 17mm box end wrench or suitable socket to loosen..unless some gorilla with a impact wrench tightens it and use can't get it off..like my 2002 Honda civic EX.
The 2002 Honda Civic EX engine uses coil-on-plug. There are no sparkplug wires.
There is no drain plug.
The coolant drain plug on the 1993 Honda Civic is located right below the manifold bolts close to the transmission side. There is another drain plug located on the back of the block left of the fuel filter.

Underneath the car, about middle left by the headers. Once you are down there, the drain plug is there as well.

Have to drop transmission oil pan
Yes it can with rewiring the blue and green harness plug pins.
Drain plug is located on Bottom right side of transmission, it has a square hole in it for your 3/8 ratchet wrench .
Should be a drain plug at the bottom of transmission and a fill plug at the side
Look at the rear or side of the oil pan
The 2004 Honda Civic has a conventional wet sump lubrication system design. Therefore as in most modern vehicles the oil drain plug is located under the car at the bottom of the engine oil pan.
