What size knife is legal to carry concealed in Puerto Rico?

There is no length law in Puerto Rico. The law specifies if you use a weapon against anybody without Justified motivation you will be found guilty of a felony. And then it lists all kinds of knives and weapons brass knuckles shibs daggers. Every weapon you could think of short of a gun. They are illegal to carry unless you fall under the exemptions. The exemptions are if you are using it for sports, art, work, or if you are defenseless. In Spanish it's called indefencion. The definition of defenseless is helplessness. This is the part that confuses a lot of people. It's fair to say that somebody with a severe disability would be defenseless. This is the way I understand the law as written however I am not an attorney I do not give legal advice. But I don't go nowhere without my cold steel knife

There is no length law on record. You can carry any knife if it is proper to art sport occupation or if you are disabled{defensless}. but[ no mostrar} no showing flashing or advertizing.

我们这次研究《孟子》，是采用“经史合参”的方法。所谓“经”，就是《孟子》七篇的本经。所谓“史”，就是指孟子所处的时代——如齐梁等国当时约略可知的史料。除了《孟子》本经之外，同时配合战国当时相关的历史资料，来说明孟子存心济世的精神所在。

过去我们在年轻的时候读《孟子》，往往觉得很枯燥乏味，只是为了传统的要求，作教条式的信仰，填鸭式的记诵，或多或少，总存着不是绝对信服的心理。如果把学力加上年龄，再加上对世事的经历和观察，慢慢到了年事老大，才会觉得孔孟之学在人道的立场上，的确是有它圣之为圣的道理。但学力加年龄加阅历，说来只是一句话，实际上却是一段漫长的路程，同时夹杂着许许多多的甘苦。所以我认为针对现代情况的需要，用经史合参的方法来认识孟子，也许有很多方便。

讲到这里，顺便想起一个历史上有关孟子的故事，那就是明太祖朱元璋的趣事。朱元璋当了皇帝以后，大概也和我们年轻时的心情思想一样，非常讨厌孟子，他认为称孟子为“亚圣”，把他的牌位供在圣庙里，实在不配，因此取消孟子配享圣庙之位。晚年他的年事阅历多了，读到《孟子》的“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤，空乏其身，行拂乱其所为，所以动心忍性，曾益其所不能。人恒过，然后能改；困于心，衡于虑而后作；征于色，发于声而后喻。入则无法家拂士，出则无敌国外患者，国恒亡。然后知生于忧患，而死于安乐也”一节，情不自禁地拍案叫好，认为孟子果然不失为圣人，是亚圣，于是又恢复了孟子配享圣庙之位。

这个故事表面看起来很可笑，蛮好玩，实际上也正好说明了我们研究孟子的中心关键。同时也是英雄与圣人、王道与霸术分野的道理。——《孟子旁通》
