Usually, the new knobs that you purchase will come with screws. In general, the screws are 1 ½-2" screws. Check that this will work for your installation before running out to purchase other screws. Sometimes, the doors and drawers will need a different screw length. If the drawers have faces that are applied as a separate piece, they'll need screws that can pass through 1 ¼"-1 2/3" of wood or substrate. Since doors are usually made of ¾" lumber, a 1" screw will generally work just fine. If you need to, measure that depth of the face where the screw is going to insert. Keep in mind that you also have to check for the diameter of the screw, not just the length. If the screws that came with your knobs aren't the right length, the easiest thing to do is to figure out the length that you will need and then take the knob to a hardware store with you to make sure that you purchase screws with the right diameter.
A 3/16 drill bit is usually the one I find most suiable.
If the knobs are licensed products there is nothing illegal about incorporating them into an object and selling it.
Cabinet hardware such as handles, knobs, and backsplashes are good for making a kitchen (or any other cabinet area) more functional for personal use. Cabinet hardware is also used to open and shut the doors with ease.
These are very unique screw drivers, made for low access screws. In my experience, the most common use for these are installing the screws on door knobs. The handles protrude into the path of the screws, so these offset screw drivers allow you to secure the fasteners without scratching the finish of any door knobs.

It is typically better to use plastic knobs over metal knobs on kitchen furniture. The plastic knobs tend to not scratch the floor as much as metal knobs.
Most carpenters agree that the best way to place cabinet knobs is to place them between 2.5 and 3 inches up from the lower corner of the cabinet door on the opposite side of the hinge side of the door. This would be for kitchen wall cabinets. For the base cabinets, the cabinet knobs should be between 2.5 and 3 inches down from the upper corner opposite from the hinge side of the door. This should create the most comfort and ease of use with cabinet knobs. For cabinet pulls, you want to make sure to install them at a comfortable height so that everyone can easily reach them and open the door. They should be placed at least 1 inch away from the borders of the cabinet door and below one-third of the height of the door. Make sure to be consistent and to install each pull using the same measurements.
A large size file cabinet won't be cheap. The normal price for a large size file cabinet is around the $200-$300 range, and is not for home use, unless you have a home business.
focus knobs are the things you use to focus stuff on a microscope.
Depends which screws you are going to use. I usually use the #6 screws that come with blinds. They need no pre-drilling.

It is probably glued along the top edge of the cabinet. Usually a bead of liquid nails or similar product is use in spots. If you start at a corner and gently pry up between the cabinet and the top it will pop and then work your way down. Sometimes, there are corner braces in the cabinet with screws up into the top. You will just have to look and see. In the front corner of the cabinet.
