How can you tell your bra size?
Measure your body right under the bust. if it is a even number add 4 if odd add 5. that is your measurement but this may differ by a size or 2 because of different brands if it doesn't feel right try on another 1 Use a tape measure. 1: Measure around your ribcage, just under your breasts. If the measurement is an even number, add 4" to the total... if the measurement is an odd number, add 5" to the total. You may also try under your arms, high on the back, and wrap the tape across the top of the chest. An even number is your band size... an odd number needs to have an inch added to become your band size. 2: Next, measure around the fullest part of your bust. 3: Subtract the original total from that of the bust. If the difference is up to 1/2", you are a AA. If up to an inch difference, you are an A cup. For every inch difference, you go up a cup size. 2" is B... 3" is C... and so on. The only time you use half an inch is for AA cups, everything else is rounded to the next inch. Measure the ribcage after exhaling, best measurements are after one breathes out. If your breasts seem to be large, and not staying up without support, you should wear a supportive, but non-tight bra to bring the breasts up for best measurements. Due to differences in manufacturers... one can be a 32C in one bra, and a 34B in another. 24" ribcage + 4" = 28" band size. 28.5" around bust, minus 28" band = 28AA 28" ribcage + 4" = 32" band size. 34" around bust, minus 32" band = 32B 33" ribcage + 5" = 38" band size. 43" around bust, minus 38" band = 38DD/E If you are wondering what size you are you go to these shops to get measured BHS, John Lewis, M$S and many more.
