I've got a better question, why is this question in the Chevy venture forum ?
Lift the wiper blade off the windshield so that it stays at approximately 90 degrees. Down at the base is a little slide with an angled piece sticking up. Pull out on the slide and the wiper arm should lift right off.

Where the wiper blade are meets the spline there is what looks to be a vertical tab extending from the arm pivot point on the windshield side. Pull straight out, not up, on that tab and that will release the locking spline of the arm. Then it is a simply matter of lifting the arm up and off the pivot arm.
The wiper blade misses the windshield in the middle of the wipe. Is there an adjustment for that ? I have replaced the wiper to no avail.
are you serious... life blade off windshield, unclip plastic fastener off the center of the wiper arm, remove wiper, replace in reverse order.
