I presume you are wanting to change to wiper blade assembly and not just the rubber wiper blade. I change them out once a year with ANCOs purchased at where else? WalMart. Look at where the wiper assembly fits into the arm.[ The crook.] The assembly has a tab that pushes in to release it. The assembly will slid out of the crook. The new one simply slides in and locks. It is much simpler today than in the past when each manufacturer had something different.

First-off, the 2004 Honda Pilot has a special rear arm and you need a wiper with an "B" attachment. You can go to your dealer or I know Trico makes a model 14-B (Exact Fit Rear Integral Blade 14-B). There may be others available too. Application guides are at the store or you can 'lookup wiper size' online to find other options/part numbers. I've got the Trico on my Jeep and it fits/works great.The replacement rear wiper blade will come with step-by-step, illustrated instructions and once you have the instructions and the wiper blade/arm in your hands in front of you, it will all make better sense and will an easy maintenance task.Essentially, you rotate the blade to the side and then snap off the blade. The new blade snaps on in the reverse order. Very simple and takes 2-5 minutes usually not requiring any tools.

They're available online.Note that just because its a special arm, does not mean its hard to change.
The 2003 BMW 325xi has special BMW wiper blades that you must get at the dealer. When you purchase the blades, ask for installation instructions. There are no aftermarket wiper blades available for this vehicle.
