The 1995 Mercury Villager wiper blade sizes are 22" wiper blades on both sides front and a 13" rear wiper. Do not buy by length only though. See Sources and Related Links below for more information. Since there are over 22 different wiper arm attachments - be sure to lookup exact wiper blade part numbers by vehicle make, model and year for the brand wiper you decide to purchase. This ensures correct length AND correct attachment.
A 97 Mercury Villager should use r134a type freon. The valve size is designed so that the r12 fittings cant accidentally be used.
Should be a T-40 Torx bit.
5W-30 is the preferred oil ( according to the 1996 Mercury Villager Owner Guide )
The Villager does not use fusible links that I am aware.
The Villager has an electric fan and does not use a "fan belt".

The engine in the Mercury Villager does not use a timing chain, it uses a timing belt. The recommended belt replacement interval is 105,000 miles.
1. Detach the small hose/line carrying washer fluid from the nozzle on the hatch door 2. pull the wiper arm from the axel of the motor, remove the wiper (if it is rusty, use flat head screw drive to remove) 3. Insert the wiper into new arm 4. Press the new wiper arm onto the wiper motor axel 5. connect the hose/line to the nozzle
You can use any standard antifreeze, there is no special type required.
Wipers normally use a breaker, not a fuse.
