What are you catagorizing as deviant? So far, I have yet to see one aspect of society that does something the others don't. Everyone lies, everyone cheats, everyone steals, there are drugs, abuse, and even murder in all levels of society. You'll need to be more clear on what the poor do that others don't.

How poverty is caused in liberal theory?

In liberal theory they tell the poor it's because of the rich and the fact that they own a vast amount of industry and resources and therefore they control virtually every aspect of life. In reality, the liberal theory is nothing more than a way of miseducating and manipulating people into thinking they have no control over any aspect of life and that the only way to survive is to increase dependency on the federal government through social programs and services. Liberals depend on the poor, and intend for them to stay dependent upon them so that they can continue to profit off the poor from social programs.
