Scholarships are given by the individual Tribal Nations, who can afford to do so, to their citizens. OF you are NOT a tribal citizen.....you won't qualify. Even if you do end up with proof of this vague family story......the same exact story that millions and millions of Americans have......most tribes have legislation in place to protect themselves against people who only want to become a citizen, as they think there is some sort of monetary benefit available.
What sort of an answer would you like ?
None if you are a US citizen.
