There is a problem with this question as it does not define what a "Tribe" is, and if we are to use the overall definition of "Tribe" then that makes the answer too large to fit in the space allowed.
Overall there are approximately 102 culturally definitive peoples that were caused to move west, but this definition uses the shotgun approach to the question and by doing so misses hundreds of, if not thousands of, sub-cultural people (Tribes).
For example: You cannot just say "Cherokee" because they were made up of 23 clans, and each of these clans then broke down into other tribes, such as: Occaneechi, Saponi, Occaneechi Saponi.
The United States caused the removal of 4,000 separate tribal people between 1778 and 1934 (Cohen, Handbook on Federal Indian Law; 4th ed.)

The difficulties Indian Tribes are facing due to deforestation are lack of resources to survive or being forced to either move to another territory or transition into society. Many Indian Tribes find themselves relocating to an already occupied area, straining resources naturally available to those living in the area. Other Indian Tribes relocate outside the forest, forced to gain cash employment, and completely alter their way of life to adjust to society.
The 1830 Indian Removal Act enabled the US to forcibly remove not only the so-called Five Civilized Tribes from their traditional homelands but other tribes as well to Indian Territory, which later became the state of Oklahoma.
