What specs are needed to run Skyrim?

It really does depend on what platform you are running the game on and how you are running it. If you are using a PC, then you need to be running it with a .EXE file. At the moment, there is no format for the Elder Scroll's: Skyrim to be on a Apple Mac and it is very unlikely that there ever will be a way to run it on a Mac. If you are running it on the Xbox 360, Then you either will need to download it from the Xbox Live Store or you will need to buy the disk and play it from that. This will be the same as the PS3

There is a main quest line, and several faction quest lines, all of which can be 'completed' in the sense that you have progressed through their stories to the ending. There are also a lot of unrelated quests, which you can complete also. However as well as these there is an unlimited series of quests known as 'radiant' quests which are automatically generated for you whenever you ask for one, such as the bounty quests from tavern keepers, assassination targets for the Dark Brotherhood, thefts for the Thieves Guild, etc. These never end, so can't be completed as such. But if you've done all of the non-radiant quests, you could consider it 'complete'.
