For more torque you want a smaller at the front and/or a bigger at the back. It might lower top speed though.

How do the drive sprockets help a bike?

upgrading the sprockets can allow you to trade some effective top-end HP for added effective low-end torque, to give you faster acceleration (at the sacrifice of absolute top-end speed)

Will a bigger sprocket on the front give you more acceleration?

The key to better acceleration or higher top speed is ratios, but if you change to a smaller sprocket at both ends the changes will cancel each other out and leave you pretty much where you started. If you want faster acceleration go for a smaller front or for a bigger rear.

How do you get more performance from a 150cc engine?

To what torque must the bolts on the head of a 1996 Hyundai Accent be tightened?

You can give your local NAPA a call, they should print out all the torque specs for your car or just give it to you over the phone. At least they do in VA.

How many speeds on your bike?

If the bicycle has external gears (several visible sprockets that the chain can run over) then you get the number of "speeds" by multiplying the number of sprockets by the pedals with the number of sprockets at the rear wheel. Most common for a half-decent MTB would be 3x9 = 27 speeds. In reality this isn't entirely true, some of those combos will give the same gear ratios, and some shouldn't be used due to the chain running at an extreme angle. So in practical terms a 27-speed bike will give something like 15-18 usefully different gears.

What torque should the bolts be on the transmission pan for a 2002 Nissan Maxima 3.5?

There will a torque setting but just make sure they are tight. Not super tight or anything just snug them up and they give it a little more. They dont need to be on tight seeing as how thin the bolts are they will break.

Where can i find the torque specs for a polaris 650 RXL?

You can find torque specifications for your Polaris 650 in most Polaris service manuals. Many auto-parts stores can give you a torque specification sheet.

If you add a 6 ext to your torque wrench do you have to change the torque setting?

as long as the extension is perpendicular to te wrench it will not affect the torque. if your extension makes your torue wrench longer or shorter this will give you more leverage and will give you less torque than desired more leverage vice versa if extension is lower than socket drive. if its sticking straight out you will be fine as long as the extension is perpendicular to te wrench it will not affect the torque. if your extension makes your torue wrench longer or shorter this will give you more leverage and will give you less torque than desired more leverage vice versa if extension is lower than socket drive. if its sticking straight out you will be fine

What are the head torque specs for a 1996 5.7 vortec?

It's always best to get torque specs and bolt sequences from the machine shop that performed the work. Since you're discussing head torque specs, I assume the head has been removed. Since the head was removed it should have been checked and if necessary, milled flat by a machine shop (minimum requirements for a removed head). Your machine shop should be willing to give that information to you when you pick up the heads.
