well, as an ex- cherry master hustler, i have personally found them in Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Georgia, Florida, and Tennessee. Most of those states have really cracked down on illegal gambling and have taken them out completely unless you "know people" they are hard to find.
