To the degree it is a component of a product, they all do in some way, even if you try charging it seperatley. (So selling most taxable items and charging X for it and Y for labor on it does not always work). Where the lines are drawn changes fom state to state, and probably from what you define as labor too. It has become very popular in recent years to make "professional services", say accounting fees or engineering service taxable...that seems like labor to me.
