Depending upon the charge, and provided certain legal standards are met, Oregon and the other 49 states within the United States of America tend to respect, and cooperate with, each other over extradition requests. For such requests tend to be made over the serious, felony charges. But neither Oregon nor any one of the other states makes the decisions if a country other than the U.S. is involved. For involvement of Another Country always means decisionmaking by the federal government.

What state does Oregon not extradite class b felony warrants?

i believe all states can and will extradite... it seems to depend rather on whether the crime was violent or not, whether the warrant says extradite... it does cost the state money to bring someone back. All i can say is that if you are on a Native American reservation they cannot extradite you unless they have the cooperation of the reservation police.

If you have a warrant in Washington will Oregon send you back if you don't want to go?

Oregon and Washington, just like every other state in the United States have extradition agreements between them. This means that as long as there is not a more serious charge pending in Oregon, they will extradite to Washington State.

Does Oregon extradite class c felons from arizona?

All US states and territories honor each other's requests for extradition - there are no 'safe-haven' states - it is impossible to say whether a particular state will choose to extradite you or not, there are simply too many variables - usually it depends on the offense and the seriousness of it - most states will USUALLY extradite for felony offenses.

What are the extradition laws for all the states in the US to Oregon?

Most states will only extradite the most dangerous felons from a state. The expense is too great to extradite petty crimes. All states must follow the Full Faith and Credit clause if a person is accused of a crime in another state.

Will the state of Oregon extradite from the state of Utah on a misdemeanor warrant?

Realistically, in the budget crunch that all states are undergoing these days, they MAY not want to bother with bringing you back for a misdemeanor offense - HOWEVER - that being said - it cannot be 100% counted on to save you. All US states and territories honor each other's requests for extradition - there are no 'safe-haven' states - It is impossible to know with certainty whether a particular state will choose to extradite you for a particular offense, or not, there are simply too many variables.
