From what I can remember:

Eudicots are woody and monocots are not.

Eudicots have two cotyledons and monocots have one.

Eudicots have their flowers arranged in groups of four and five petals, while monocots have a three petal arrangement.

Eudicot seeds have three " holes " in them, while monocot seeds have only one.

That is all I remember, perhaps someone can improve this answer.
