Lake turnover can either improve or worsen the condition of the water. If the new water comes from a fresh, clean source, then the supply of nutrients in the water would be renewed.
There are two structures that would be found at a passive continental margin. These structures are continental shelves and continental slopes.
we would die or have to adapt fast
Where water is plentiful, especially in lowlands near creeks or rivers, the soil is vegy good and full of nutrients. However, this would not be a good area for planting most crops because the ground would be too wet and drown the seeds or plants.
Water, atmosphere and greenery
Boats would be unnecessary on a planet without water. if the planet didn't have any water we would all die of dehydration.
nutrients and water
Root hairs help the root absorb more water and nutrients from the soil. The absence of root hairs would reduce the plant's ability to absorb water and nutrients.
The necessities of living things are water, air (oxygen) and food. Without these things we would all die. Animals would also die.
get on the game and grind
Saturn!
The organ that holds a plant in place would be the roots. The roots also collect nutrients and water for the plant.
Saturn is a gas planet, and if it were possible to place it in water it would float. Not sure if the rings would float, but, the planet itself would.
A cell membrane is in every plant and animal and it lets in water, nutrients, and food to the cell. The membrane MUST be permeable because then it wouldn't of let the in water, nutrients, and food into the cell. If the membrane was stiff, the molecules of water, nutrients, and food would not be able to fit into the cell.
Saturn. The planet is less dense than water.
Things such as oxygen and water are examples of inorganic nutrients. An example of an organic nutrient would be carbohydrates.
underground stem is where most of the nutrients for growth of shoots is absorbed. variety of nutrients dissolve into soil, such as animals' dung (which is full of nutrients.. dont laugh) washed by rain and goes into the soil. The underground stem would absorb those nutrients and send the nutrients through the plant in order to survive. the nutrients are absorbed by water, meaning that the nutritions will be dissolved into the water and stem would be sucking the water & getting the nutrients at the same time.
