There are actually two Bloomingdale's locations in New York City. The original store is located at 59th Street and Lexington Avenue, and the second is in SoHo, at 504 Broadway, between Spring and Broome Streets.
To get to the original location:Take the Uptown E train (of the A-C-E, the blue line) from 34th Street-Penn Station to Lexington Avenue-53rd Street.
Then walk 6 blocks north on Lexington to 59th Street.
To get to the SoHo location:Take the Uptown 1-2-3 (the red line), 1 stop, from 34th Street-Penn Station to 42nd Street-Times Square.
Transfer at 42nd Street-Times Square to the Downtown N or R trains (of the N-R-Q, the yellow line). Take the Downtown N or R from 42nd Street-Times Square to Prince Street (at Broadway).
Then walk 1.5 blocks down Broadway: Prince Street ---> Spring Street ---> Broome Street.

it never closes it goes 24 hours
it seems like your battery is weak ,get a triccle battery charger like a 1.5amp . plug it up leave on battery red goes on + black goes - for a couple of days under cover it should be better. i once put a triccle charger on a dead battery and with in a few days it was fully charged....good luck.
