Forget about supplements. Just get some exercise. Go for a good long walk every day, or go for a swim, or do a few exercises. You'll easily lose a couple of pounds in a month, and you'll be healthier and in better shape too.

While a diet plan and losing weight is good, I would not recommend trying to lose weight that fast. 20 lbs in 1 month is really fast and you shouldn't try to lose more weight than 2 lbs a week.

Exercise, eat right, dont do drugs, get your normal 8 hours of sleep.
You can roughly lose about 8-10 pounds..But I know a way that will help you!! I have done this.First week:Eat only fruits...and do 30 minutes of excersize like walking, running, dance , stretching..Second week:Eat only Veggies and do same excersizeThird week:Eat beans, fruits, and veggies combined and you WILL lose the weight.. continue same cycle for following weeks!! Excersize for better results.
