You can roughly lose about 8-10 pounds..
But I know a way that will help you!! I have done this.
First week:
Eat only fruits...and do 30 minutes of excersize like walking, running, dance , stretching..
Second week:
Eat only Veggies and do same excersize
Third week:
Eat beans, fruits, and veggies combined and you WILL lose the weight.. continue same cycle for following weeks!! Excersize for better results.
To lose weight and not gain it back, a healthy weight loss in a month would be 8lbs a month. that's roughly 2 lbs a week. Anything more than 2 lbs a week and you'll gain it right back.
I would have to say 12-20 lbs. but if you work super hard you might lose 20-30 but that is for the people who work out constantly and eat tiny meals. Hope this helps! ;)
