There are many things out there for the beginner beader. My items that I always use the most. wire cutters, Chain nosed pliers "no teeth will mar the metals", Round nose pliers, Crimp pliers. Beading wire, crimp bead, clasps and of course beads. I would go to firemountaingems.com They have some wonderful instructions and beading projects as well as your beading needs.

Other then that I don't believe that you really need a beading needle for beading jewellery. I hope this answer helped you

Usually I use metal, beads, pliers, wire cutters, beading wire, and crimp supplies.
Not really. It depends on what kind of project you are doing. Like a simple one strand bracelet is beginner and very easy, but say you're doing a harder project like a fancier bracelet, it requires more skill. Once you know how to bead, you can work up to any level. It does not take long. A beading loom can be great for beginners, too.
