Exceptance is not a word. You cannot add -ance to a preposition and just make up a word unless this is some kind of new slang. The correct term is acceptance (accept is a verb) and would have the opposite meaning. You would want to get a tattoo hoping to be accepted by your peers. But, if we are trying to make up a definition for the slang term exceptance... then I guess it will work (not).
