The minimum cooking temperature for roast beef is 145F (63C). To ensure that the roast beef is cooked safely the internal temperature should be measured with a meat thermometer. Here is a list of recommended minimum internal temperatures for roast beef measured at the thickest part: 155F (68C) for medium-rare 160F (71C) for medium 165F (74C) for medium-well 170F (77C) for well-doneIt is important to note that the USDA recommends cooking all beef including roast beef to an internal temperature of at least 145F (63C).
If it's already "well done" you only need to heat it before serving.
for appoximatly 2 hrs depending on how well you want your beef cooked. Both the weight of the meat and cooking temperature will affect how well the meat is cooked. How you like your beef rare, medium rare, medium, medium well done and well done will be up to individual taste. Cook meat slightly longer to ensure it's well dine (but not burnt). Reverse cooking time for meat to be rarer. Tip: if you are cooling a roast and you have guests that like their meat cooked to either rare or well done or in between. Cook the meat to nearly cooked, this way, the meat at the outsides of a joint will be well done and as you cut to the centre of the joint, the slices will become less cooked (rare).

Yes. But, any damage is done during the thawing. If you thaw in the refrigerator at 5C you can refreeze. if you cook the beef after thawing once you refreeze it, but if you thaw the beef the first time at room temperature you are risking food poisoning when you thaw the beef a second time
Corned beef must be put in an oven temperature of minimum 325 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven can be altered to a different temperature. The resulting internal temperature of the corned beef must be 160 degrees Fahrenheit no matter the oven temperature you choose.
About 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Figure 20 minutes per pound at this temperature.
Ground beef should be cooked at a temperature of about 160 degrees Fahrenheit. That should be its minimum internal temperature. The external temperature to get it to such an internal temperature is up to you.
