The "normal" temperature of a processor can greatly vary between computers, but from what i've heard:
20°C (68°F) to 29°C (84°F) is a bit low, but operable
30°C (86°F) to 50°C (122°F) would be in the "normal" range
51° (124°F) to 79°C (174°F) would be slightly high (but usually occurs during stress e.g, gaming)
80°C (176°F) to 90°C (194°F) and above, is extremely dangerous, immediately shut off your computer, these temperatures may lead to damages to various parts of your PC (motherboard, CPU etc.)
My CPU usually idles around 32°C, and when i'm gaming, it usually hits between 45°C-50°C. I also have an after-market heatsink and multiple exhaust fans which help with the temperature.
Depends on a bunch of things. Desktops generally run cooler than laptops, but not necessarily. My desktop runs at about 90-110 degrees and my laptop can get over 200. It depends on the processor, the heat sink, and the internal fans. Desktops run cooler bcause the get more air circulation.
Depending on the processor, how fast it runs, and what programs it is currently running determines the temperature of what the processor should be.The majority of today's desktop processors should not exceed temperatures of 95C and most run between 60-85C.
Yes you can because it is rated for a 1.7 ghz processor at the minimum. That means your 2.2 ghz processor should be more than capable of running it.
Your car's operating temperature should be 192 degrees.

A Pentium 4 processor, and a motherboard that supports it.
it primarily running as a 16 bit processor..so it is so called as 8086
The temperature should be 195 degrees.
The 386SX is a 32 bit processor running on a 16 bit bus.
The 386DX is a 32 bit processor running on a 32 bit bus.
The maximum temperature of an Intel processor varies by the type of processor and the chassis of the computer. Many of the Intel processors however, will send a message to the motherboard to shut the computer down if the temperature goes over 100 degrees Celsius.Ê
The processor in the Sega Genesis is a Motorola 68000 running at 7.67 MHz.
Very rarely should your processor reach 100% utilization. If you are looking at it running at full capacity 50% of the time, it is definitely time for an upgrade.
