There is no specific temperature, on the shower unit there is a 'mixing valve' which allows you to adjust the temperature to individual requirements, up to the maximum that the heater is set or the lowest value where only unheated water is delivered.

Take the shower head off the pipe coming out of the wall and look in it. There will probably be a disk in it with about a 1/8 inch hole in the middle. That's the flow restritor. It should pop out or some screw out.

You Can but typically the pipe for the shower head that is coming out of the wall is just a short piece of pipe that you should be able to remove easily enough by unscrewing it. A power shower head mixes moving air with water, to increase the strength of the water coming from the shower head, while using less water. The advantages are lower water bills, using less water and protecting the environment. Some reviews of power shower heads indicate that the claims are untrue, and that the product does not work as is a waste of money.
