The view is not the view of Atheism but of science. As atheists have no supernatural belief to explain the existence of the Universe, the opinions and findings of science must, by default, be theirs.

∙ 14y agoMost atheists and many theists accept the present science based evidence for evolution as the correct explanation route for the development of human beings from other life forms. Studies by Nation Geographic indicate that most of the world,s population support evolution in the development of mankind. (See Link). Notable exceptions being Turkey and the United States. Highest on the list are countries which are secular, supporting the view that non-religious people (although not necessarily atheists) support this view.
