There are not 3 there are only 2 countries to the North of Mexico that comprise the continent of North America. These countries are the United States of America and Canada. However, while the continental margin off West Greenland is complex and the interpretation is the subject of discussion, some people regard the island of Greenland as being physiographically part the North American Continent and that would make the third country.
