Usually about 9:00 or 9:30 PST (West Coast) , or 12:00 to 12:30 (East Coast) every Monday and Thursday evenings
London (Greenwich Mean Time or GMT) is 8 hours ahead of Los Angeles (Pacific Standard Time or PST), so if it's 10am in LA, it's 6pm in London.

The west coast and the east coast have a difference of 3 hours. so if it's 4pm on the west coast, it's 7pm on the east coast. hope this helps!

It would seem that since the main portion of the Today Show (7-10am) goes off the air just as the west coast version starts, they will sometimes re-do the beginning of the show live for the west coast. This happens if news headlines change from the east coast version.
