When a girl wants to mess around, but never have a relationship means that they are not ready to commit, or that they think that YOU aren't 'the one for them'. Or that they just want to have fun before they settle down with someone. But the solution to that is, just show her that you love her (if you actually do) and make her feel that you are a good match for her. Also, give her comfort and unconditional love and i bet that you both will be happy in the end =]

Unfortunately you don't and you can't. I realize you may want her for yourself but that is a very selfish emotion. She obviously wants to be with her current boyfriend if she is staying with him - if she wants to be with you at anytime in the future she will leave him on her own when she is ready. To mess with someone elses relationship falsely is malicious and just wrong. Unfortunately you are going to have to move on at this time as she is with someone else.

If you want her to be, just tell her so. As a girl, I can say, that the most annoying thing that a guy can do is act like they don't like you when they really do. If you don't want her to be, DO NOT TRY TO SCARE HER OFF BY GETTING A GIRLFRIEND!!!! Just act like you would normally. If she approaches you about it and tells you she likes you, just explain to her that you don't want to mess up your friend relationship by getting into a gf/bf relationship.
