same thing happened to me right now, theres some type of reset code you do, you lose memory but leave your fone alone for like an hour nd all ur memory should be back. i think its like when ur turning it on, press the power button&r&menu OR power button&r& that circle one at the bottom right, if those dont work sorry

∙ 9y agowhen your phone screen keeps turning black all you do is shut it off for about 10 to 15 minutes and turn it back on then if it doesn't work then go to the nearest service location for your mobile phone service provider (cellular carrier). If it's out of warranty, you will have to pay for the repair.
