Good Polish Beer
buy stuff man!!!
In Poland everything is CHEAP!!!! I bought a large LCD tv there, and laughed my head off when I realized that they were not joking about the prize XD.
you can visit the concentration camps, and see how the Germans treated people
Its a nice country I think, remember to give "drinks" or "tips" to the waiters ;)
You can visit Warsaw (the capital), Krakow, The Wielikcza (a salt mine), the Wawel (a castle), visit castles, they are really cool!!!! :)
There is as much to do in Poland, as there is in any other country in the world. You might need to search a bit to find the types of things you love back home, but if you ask nicely, and are willing to try new things, you will discover many exciting things to do here. Many young people in Poland speak English, which makes your visit here much easier. But do try and learn a few words of Polish, to be friendly. Poland may not be the first place that comes to mind for a trip to Europe. But if you love European history and Archaeology, or enjoy visiting places of great spiritual and or cultural significance, there are good reasons why you should visit Poland.
You can take a bus tours to the salt mine at Wielicka, former concentration camps at Oswiecim (Auschwitz) and Podgorze, Schindler's List tours and of Kazimierz, the former Jewish ghetto, are available and can be done in English, French, German and many other languages here in Krakow. Look over the recommendations at Trip Advisor and check Rick Steve's "Europe Through the Backdoor" site, for more ideas and suggestions. Witamy! Welcome!
