Only contact people on the internet that you know and trust in real life. When an anonymous user begins to send threatening or scary messages, there is usually an option to report the user or to block them. If there is no such option, leaving the site for good is the way to go. Tell an adult you trust about the cyber bullying and you can discuss ways to avoid the situation again.
