You can't force someone to like you , nor can you force someone to love you. My ex loves his ex still but hes also admitted he still likes me , i was his first proper girlfriend. To be honest , if he likes her still , i think you should step back . I know it might hurt but its also selfish. You've also got to think about does he like you back ? is he worth it and is it worth going out with him then knowing he still likes his ex?
On the brighter side his ex might not want him back lol
