Step one would be to consider if you are a bully. May people excuse their actions by saying "I was just joking" or "The other person is too sensitive".
Ask a school counsellor or other trusted impartial adult to discuss this with you.
If it turns out that you are not a bully then just ignore the accuser - or become suspicious that they are trying to either bully you by making false accusations so that you have to apologize or feel bad about yourself.
It could also be that certain actions of yours have made the other person feel victimized. This may or may not be your fault, and it is alright to sympathize with such a person.
