Soy sauce and most canned foods and breads contain salt often as a big amount ingredient as in soy sauce. Bought hamburgers, hot dogs, fries all loaded with salt. Cooked at home best low salt or NO salt added. Pepper and other spices can restore flavor/taste without salt added.
I don't think you can really remove the salt, but you can make a second batch with no salt and mix them together, or try rinsing the pasta and making more cheese sauce with less salt. Hope that helps.
Add a little acidity to it. Lemon, vinegar, tartar, or alum, depending on the sauce can remove some sweetness. Salt accentuates sweetness.

There is too much salt, no salt at all or some eggs died. But if there is too much or too little salt it doesn't mean the eggs aren't viable.
