Call a vet immediately as it sounds as if your dog maybe very ill.
Just like humans animals can go without food for a short time but they need to keep their fluid intake up.
Please contact a vet as it could be any number of things; minor or major such as she may have eaten something bad for her or she may have had a heart attack or stroke.
