Seems fine to me.
Start by figuring out exactly what's wrong with it. It could be as simple as greasing the linkage, or something which requires replacing part of the steering column - as is, we have no way of knowing which one is the case.

133MPH 321.8688 km/hr, the other guy had the wrong unit. The formula to convert miles to km 200 mi* 63360 in 1 mi * 2.54 cm 1 in * 1 km 100000 cm = 321.8688 km

No, you should not. You are either tightening the wheel bearing to tightly or too loosely or the bearing race needs replacing. Take the vehicle to a professional and see what is wrong.
If the fluid level is okay, then your transmission is about to retire.
