Reggae came from Trench Town in west Kingston Jamaica. It is not "most associated". It came out of my yard in Trench Town in 1962.
Answer You can't get reggae songs in Italian as they don't exist or at least to my knowledge they don't exist. Italian songs are just that and Reggae songs aren't about Italians, they are about Blacks mostly in the West Indies.
There is no link other than the fact that they are both genres of music begun by the descendants of ex-slaves, jazz in the US and reggae in the West Indies.
