Well, you may want to start out by asking her how her day was, if she's done anything interesting, really events that have happened either today, or only a little while ago.
Hint: If she doesn't like work, don't mention her job unless she brings it up first.
If you want to ask her out, then just suggest that you two go meet up somewhere. Maybe you'll want to meet up with friends, or perhaps alone.
Hint: If you want to go as a group, but are too nervous to bring up the word "date", then pick a fun activity everyone (or most of the people, at least) will enjoy. It's easy to say, and it'll feel better if she says, "Oh, I can't make it to the movies" other than, "No, I can't go out on a date with you." Trust me on this, you'll feel a lot better in the long run.
If with a group, catch a movie or do something group-appropriate. If you want to go alone with her, then I suggest a movie or perhaps dinner. Make sure it seems date-ish, if that's what you're going for, or at least make it look something more than an evening out with the guys. (or women, for those people who are same-sex attracted).
Hint: Try to find out her tastes. If she hates pasta, Italian restaurants should be pushed farther down your list, unless she really loves Italian restaurants. You may want a second date (or chance), so try to make an effort to make her feel comfortable.
Now, of course, you may just have a question for her, like a suggestion or something like that. In that case, just ask your question. It couldn't possibly hurt if she says she doesn't know, and you'll replace the receiver being a little woman-wiser than before. Hint: Don't stutter! It makes you sound nervous, and it'll make her more uncomfortable by the second. Practice your question before you call, and it'll make you sound more casual, not all nervous and jumpy.
Well, fro answering the phone and starting a call, you obviously say hello, or hi, of hi... who is this. For ending a call, you say bye, or bye it was nice talking to you.
say your free and your really hot then take her phone number and say "call me"
In British English, it is simply, "Give me a call." or "Phone me." More words could be added, of course, such as "Give me a call on Monday." or "Phone me when you get home."
Ask her for her number. She can only say yes or no.
U can call celebrities on their fan phone an they will most likely call you back
So they can avoid you and not pick up your call when they see your number.
Nothing

A-t-il vous téléphoné? (Assuming you mean phone call)
