i just changed a 95 water pump. i used permatex (from a gasket) on the o-ring when installing the heater tube. hasn't leaked yet, been a week now.
From the Dodge forums. Drain the coolant, disconnect the surge tank to heater pipe line, and the heater core to heater pipe line, remove the drivers side engine mount, and the starter, and unbolt the heater pipe from the engine-transmission bolt. Remove the clamp from the short hose at the thermostat housing, and pull the pipe out.
Cold water pipe.
replace the water heater inlet pipe on the intake manifold on a 3800
There should be no more than six inches between CPVC pipe and the exhaust flue on a water heater. If the CPVC pipe is installed too close it can be a safety issue.
There are no hoses that do this. There is only copper pipe, galvanized pipe, or PVC normally use in a home water supply.
B-vent pipe.
A Chrysler/Dodge dealer can get that part.
CPVC is better suited for hot water
The apartment complex master policy
Depends on the size of the heater Commerical etc
Heater coolant bypass pipe It would be the return hose for the heater.
A lot less because the water is flowing if it is exiting and it depends on the water pipe size.
