They are a variety of things you can use at 70 Ranged;
If you have the time I would suggest getting Void Armour as it gives 15% bonuse in range. And is VERY accurate. However, for the impatience people I woudl use the following;
Body
Black D'hide Body
Black D'hide Chaps
Foot
Snakeskin Boots/Ranger Boots
Helmlet/Head
Robin Hood Hat/Slayer Helmet/Black D'hide Coif
Amulet/Neck
Amulet of Ranging
Amulet of Fury
Amulet of Power
Cape/Back
Ava's Accuamlator
Team Cape
Fire Cape
Red Cape/Blue Cape
Or any other cape you want.
Deffientley try and use AVA'S ACCUMLATOR you will save yourself time.
