The air compressor in GM trucks have no nut holding the clutch plate in place. The outside clutch plate is pressed in until the required air gap is accomplished, usually .010" to .015". This is done with a special puller that removes the plate and installs it. Your local auto parts store may have that tool for sale or rent.

How do you replace chain drive sprocket on a husqvarna 41?

Remove the two bar nuts on the right side of your saw. Remove Bar cover, bar and chain. Remove the clutch, it is right handed thread. Remove the drive sprocket and replace. You will need a special tool for removing the clutch or make one. The clutch is reverse thread, you will have to turn it counterclockwise as you are looking at the clutch. you will need a special tool for the clutch and a piston stop to screw in the sparkplug hole so the crank will not turn. Sometimes you can activate the blade brake and take a brass punch and a hammer and put it on the outer edge of the lip on the clutch and smack the punch with the hammer and it will break free, and then do the opposite direction to tighten the new clutch back up.

How do you install clutch Jeep Wrangler sport?

simple, but involved. You'll need to remove the transmission and transfer case ( do it separately as they are quite heavy together ) You 'll see the clutch attached to the flywheel still on the engine, remove the bolts holding it on ( pay attention to it's orientation as well as the clutch disk, hole placement as it will be easier to line up the new one ) Once the old one is removed, line up the new clutch ( use an alignment tool, your new clutch may come with one, this makes sure the clutch disk is lined up with the pilot bearing and the center of the clutch springs. tighten the clutch to torque specs, remove the alignment tool, and reinstall the trans. One note, I suggest replacing the throw out bearing ( this may include the clutch slave cylinder too ) before reinstalling, you don't want to do this again soon.
