A flare wrench is the proper tool. Looks like a box end wrench with just a slot cut through the end to go over the line. Grips on 3 sides of the nut so that hopefully it doesn't round off the sides of the nut. Some WD-40 or similar wouldn't hurt and a hammer to give the wrench a sharp tap to break contact on the nut. Vice grips if you have to.
Jack that wheel up off the ground, Then loosen the rubber brake line up on the brake cailber and see if wheel will turn free, If it don't then replace cailber. If it does then replace the rubber brake line that is on the cailber. After you jack the wheel up pump the brake pedal real good before you loosen the line up.
Remove rear wheels Loosen brake lines - but do not toally remove Loosen and remove 2 caliper mounting bolts remove brake line
The brake line will have a retaining nut on each end of the line. Loosen the retaining nuts. Reverse the process to install the new brake line.
When a brake line is leaking on the Chevy Venture the brake line should be replaced as soon as possible. A leak, however small, can cause hydraulic fluid to escape the brake line which will cause a loss in brake pressure. The brakes should be bled of air after the new line is put in to remove gaps in brake pedal pressure.

Remove the line and replace it. Then make sure to keep the master cylinder full while you & a helper bleed the front brake caliber. Be sure and use brake line tools and not open-end wrenches or you will damage the brake lines.
For the purpose of making a repair, a tubing cutter would be the tool you want. Just be sure to use the proper methods of repairing brake lines such as using a double flare or bubble end depending on the vehicle. There are tools to do that job also.
Open the bleeder valve on the 1990 F150 wheel that needs a line replaced. When the fluid stops flowing, loosen the line connections and remove the line. Install the new line, and bleed the brake lines after the reservoir has been refilled.
depends where the leak is. In the brake line or at the pump? electric or mech brakes? if its in the line you should be able to replace the line section

Brake bleeding is performed to insure you do not have bubbles in your brake line. If you had bubbles, it would cause your breaks to not work right. You can bleed your breaks if you have a friend help you, the procedure is pretty straight forward. The brake bleeder tools help you accomplish the task easier.
Loosen one end of the brake line on the Caprice and let it drain into a pan. Unhook the other end, and pull the line out. Route the new line in the same way as the old one came out. Reconnect the lines, fill the master cylinder, then bleed the system to finish the installation.
