Why is the pressure on the ground more when a man is walking than when he is standingn?

when a man is standing on ground all his weight is in downward direction and pressure is the force divided by area as force is maximum and area is minimum so pressure will be more when he is standing

Why does pressure go up when you go down?

Pressure depends mainly upon the weight of fluids (like air or water) that is above you, being pulled downward by gravity. When you go up, there is less fluid above you and less pressure; when you go down, there is more fluid above you pushing down and more pressure.

What kind of bike needs to be connected to InStep Quick N EZ Bicycle Trailer?

There's no bike that needs a trailer. but maybe your question is about what type of bike that you can attach a bike trailer to? I'd say go for a rigid MTB. They have the gears to allow you to pull a trailer, and sturdy brakes to give OK stopping even with the trailer pushing. Disclaimer: I can't make out exactly how the trailer attaches to the bike. Can be that an extra long rear axle is needed. If you have a q/r axle the trailer supplier can deal with that easily by supplying an extra long skewer. If you have a solid axle at just the right length it might be more awkard.

Does the air push down on you when it it high pressure?

The air is always pushing down on you, just slightly more under high pressure. You don't notice it because we've evolved to counter this downward force with an outward force of our own.

What will happen as more and more people in China and India decide to buy automobiles?

Does atmospheric pressure increase or decrease under sea level?

It increases. The lower you go, the more mass there is in the column of air (or water) above you. The earth's gravitational attraction pulls that column downward. In a fluid, the pressure is equal in all directions.

Does pressure decrease with depth below earth's surface?

pressure AND temperature increase as you go deeper into the earth's crust. pressure: because more and more weight is being forced downward. temperature: because the middle of the earth is magma, therefore the closer you get to it, the hotter it's going to feel.

Why would layers of rocks curve downward?

Layers of rocks can curve downward due to tectonic forces. When two tectonic plates collide, the pressure and compression can cause the rocks to fold and bend. This folding can create downward curves known as synclines, where the youngest rocks are exposed in the center and older rocks are found on the sides.

What does the average trailer cost?

There is such a wide variety of trailer classes and types that you'd have to be a LOT more specific in what you think an "average" trailer is.

Does high pressure have tightly packed monecules?

I wouldn't think of it like that. High pressure indicates that there is more air entering an area than is able to leave. With a system of high pressure, you typically get converging air high up in the atmosphere which is forced downward, so that at the surface there is a lot of air sinking and trying to spread out, creating higher pressure.
