I think you have to have a diesel specific one from Toyota. Part of the bell housing is built into the cast iron body of my diesel transmission. Gasoline versions I've seen have the full bell housing section removable fron the transmission body. The main issue is having the starter motor on the opposite side of gasoline engines.
