There are a multitude of turbos that can fit on an 02 Golf. TO better answer your question, please state engine? is it the 2L, 1.8t, 2.6V6??
yes

Well, you can, but a turbo conversion is a lot of work. You're better off selling the car and buying one that already has the turbo option.
If the car is the same as in it came out of a non-turbo and your putting it in a non-turbo it will work but if it came out of a non-turbo and your putting it in a turbo then it won't work. If it came out of a turbo and your putting it in a non-turbo it won't work. If it came out of a turbo and your putting in a turbo then it will work.
Yes, as long as it has the Chevy bolt pattern.
Yes, with a few caveats. The 1.8 20 valve turbo from the mk4 Golf is a very popular choice for engine transplants and will fit all Golfs including mk2 and mk3 models. Various VW/VAG forums have a wealth of information on this subject. SD
No. You will have to get one that not only comes close to the operating specs, but the physical aspect has to be considered as well.

The turbo off the 300z will fit on the r32, not the manifold, only the turbo.
