∙ 12y agoa car gives out smoke which causes air pollutions which causes lung disease's[very major].Over 57%of lung disease patients are exposed to this where the others are smoker's. Car's may spill oil which may contain heavy metals ,this causes heavy metal pollution.

nope... Pollution is a completely another matter...it doesn't depend on vehicles. People who make cars can produce any car type they wish(and customer wish). Accepting that car is a others' thing.. If it hurts environment so badly,you can refuse the car.
